Refund policy

Every Lock In piece is made to order and printed on demand. For this reason we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a printing error on our part.

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund. No claim can be accepted after this period.
