Terms of sale

These terms govern every order placed on this site. Placing an order means
accepting them. The seller's full identity, registration details and contact
information are set out in our Legal notice.

1. PRODUCTS

Lock In sells ready-to-wear garments carrying fixed catalogue prints. Each piece
is made to order: nothing is produced before it is bought. Photographs are as
faithful as reproduction allows; minor variation in shade, print placement and
measurement is inherent to the process and does not constitute a defect.
Composition, weight and garment measurements are stated on each product page.

2. ORDERS

You select your size, add the item to your basket and confirm your order at
checkout. Before payment you can review and correct your basket, your delivery
address and the total price. Confirming payment forms the contract.

You receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or
cancel an order in the event of a manifest pricing error, suspected fraud, or an
unpaid balance on a previous order.

3. PRICES

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Delivery costs are calculated at
checkout according to destination and are shown before you pay. For deliveries
outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are
payable by the recipient.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is due in full at the time of the order. We accept the payment methods
displayed at checkout, including major payment cards, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
Payments are processed over an encrypted connection; we never store your card
details.

5. DELIVERY

Production takes 2 to 7 business days. Transit takes a further 3 to 7 business
days depending on destination — typically 5 to 14 business days in total within
Europe. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Where no date is agreed, we deliver within
30 days of the order at the latest. If that period is exceeded, you may cancel
the order under the conditions of article L.216-6 of the French Consumer Code.

Risk passes to you on physical receipt of the goods.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving a reason
and without penalty, and a further 14 days to return the item.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Return
shipping is at your expense, except where the item is faulty or incorrect. We
refund the full amount, including the standard outbound delivery charge, within
14 days of receiving the item back or of proof of return, whichever is earlier.

To withdraw, write to contact@lockin-clothing.com with your order number. You may
use the model withdrawal form set out in article R.221-1 of the French Consumer
Code, but you are not required to.

7. FAULTS AND INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives defective, misprinted or incorrect, contact us within 14
days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We replace or refund
the item in full, return shipping included.

8. LEGAL GUARANTEES

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and
following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects
(articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). These guarantees apply
independently of any commercial gesture and are provided at no cost to you.

Under the legal guarantee of conformity you have two years from delivery to act,
and may choose between repair and replacement, subject to the cost conditions of
article L.217-12. You are not required to prove the lack of conformity during the
24 months following delivery.

9. LIABILITY

We are liable for the proper performance of the contract. We are not liable for
damage arising from misuse of the product, normal wear, or failure to follow the
care instructions provided on the product page.

10. PERSONAL DATA

Your data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. See our
Privacy Policy for the detail of what we collect, why, and how to exercise your
rights.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, please contact
us first. If no agreement is reached you may refer the matter free of charge to a
consumer mediator, or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
